What is PE? |
PE is an acronym for Penis Enlargement. More specifically, it refers to Natural Penis Enlargement. PE is a relatively safe means of realizing our dreams of a larger manhood, without surgery.

Why PE? |
Why PE? Why not? This is a question you will have to answer for yourself. If you are perfectly satisfied with the size and function of your penis, then you may not have a good reason to proceed any further. Then again, maybe you are looking to optimize what you have. Maybe you are insecure about your penis. Maybe you're just looking for a new hobby.
If you choose to do PE, if performed correctly your penis will become much healthier. Your veins will become much more prominent, you will have harder and more spontaneous erections, your circulation will improve, you will be able to last longer with your partner, and....oh, yeah...your penis will get bigger too.

Safety Concerns |
Common sense is essential if you plan to start doing PE. Only you will know what methods are right for YOU. Only you will know if you need to stop and rest for a day or two. If anything you do causes anything more than a comfortable soreness, stop immediately!! You should never feel sharp pains, numbness, or extreme coldness anywhere on your penis.
Probably the most common error a new PE-er will make is being overzealous about his new found knowledge. Trying to do too much too quickly can cause irrepairable harm!! Ease your way into a routine you feel is right for you.Hot wraps will reduce the occurrence of minor injuries such as burst capillaries, bruises, and thrombosed veins.

Hot Wraps |
A hot wrap is an essential warm up for any PE exercise. Here are two methods, others may work just as well.
- Warm water and washcloth. Take a washcloth and soak it in warm/hot (not scalding) water, wring some of it out and wrap it around your penis.
- Sock full of rice. Take a sock, and put 1/2 to 1 cup of uncooked rice (straight out of the box) in it. Tie sock or sew it together. Place in microwave (time varies depending on how much rice you put in your sock and on your microwave). This is every bit as effective as the washcloth, and you don't get wet.
You should take your hot wrap and apply it for 5-10 minutes minimum before doing exercises. This warm up will reduce the risk of injuries. It serves to increase the blood flow to your genitals, which will be beneficial when you actually start exercising. It also makes the skin and tissues more pliable, and easier to stretch.
It would be wise to include hot wraps at the end of your workout as well, and possibly at some point in the middle of your routine. You will find that bruising will occur much less frequently if you do so.
